- 300g water
- 5g salt
- 150g cheese (quesillo or mozzarella)
- 100g chicharrón (or refried beans for variation)

Instructions:
- Mix masa with water and salt until dough forms.
- Flatten into discs, fill with cheese and chicharrón.
