Ultimate Whirley Pop Popcorn

- 120g mushroom kernel popcorn (1/2 cup)
- 40g coconut oil (2-3 tbsp)
- 2g popcorn salt (1/4 to 1/2 tsp, to taste)
- Popcorn cheese seasoning (to taste)

Instructions:
- Place the Whirley Pop on the stove and set the heat to medium-high (6-7 on your stovetop).
- Add coconut oil to the Whirley Pop and let it melt completely, heating for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the popcorn kernels and sprinkle in the popcorn salt.
- Close the lid and continuously turn the handle to ensure even heating and prevent burning.
- When popping begins, keep turning the handle until the popping slows to 1-2 seconds between pops.
- Remove from heat immediately and transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.
- Sprinkle the popcorn cheese seasoning evenly over the popcorn while still warm and toss to coat.
